Tell us about your sound, your goals, and who you're making music for. About 5 minutes — it gives our team everything we need to back you the right way.

Where your release campaign begins. Submit it with the single you plan to release — 30–45 days ahead gives us time to maximize promotion and coordinate support.

Create your artist profile and connect your Spotify and Apple Music artist accounts, so your streams and stats flow into your dashboard from day one. Add your payout details while you're in there — earnings go out automatically every month.

How to do it

  1. 01Click Artists on the top menu, then + Add New Artist.
  2. 02Enter your artist name.
  3. 03Connect your Spotify or Apple artist accounts.
  4. 04Add custom links to the profile, then Save and Continue.

Bring your existing catalog into the portal. Our team reviews and links every track for streaming data and full backend support — and sets protection policies so your music earns everywhere it's played, even in other people's uploads.

How to do it

  1. 01Select My Content from the top menu bar.
  2. 02Click Upload Content and choose the file type — Video, Audio, Artwork Video Creator, or Composition Only.
  3. 03Select or add the artist associated with the content, then Continue to File Upload.
  4. 04Upload your files — audio must be .wav or .flac; video must be .mp4 or .mov.
  5. 05Input the metadata for each track or video.
  6. 06Specify whether you own and/or control the rights, then Continue to Policies.
  7. 07Set your protection policies for YouTube, Facebook & Instagram, and SoundExchange.

Ready to drop? Package your single, EP, or album and deliver it to Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, and every premium partner — with pre-save links and your 440 team coordinating the campaign behind it.

How to do it

  1. 01Select My Content and filter your view by Albums.
  2. 02Click Create New Album — used for singles, EPs, and LPs.
  3. 03Select the audio files for your tracklist (drag and drop to set the order).
  4. 04Add album artwork and metadata, then Create Album & Distribute. Artwork: JPEG or PNG, 1,400–3,200px, square.
  5. 05Select your audio destinations.
  6. 06Schedule when your album goes live and click Continue.
  7. 07Review the release details and select Distribute Album. Partner review can take up to 5 business days.
